This project consists of the construction of a unique dining experience located within EWR’S Terminal B,Airside. The main goal of the project is to make the area reminiscent of the jersey shore boardwalk atmosphere. The scope of work consists of the demolition of the existing restaurant space, and constructing three new dining spaces: Malone’s Seafood, Little Tony’s Pizza and Firehouse Subs. The Holt team completed a complete gutting of the existing space, as well as floor leveling, new tile work, plumbing and mechanical and painting work. The scope of the work also included ceiling installations and HVAC. Each restaurant will feature customer walk-up counter, a common back-of-house kitchen and new furniture installation.
