Holt Construction provided general contracting services to the airline to complete their Inflight Manager’s Office remodel located within DAL Airport.
The scope of work included the remodel of the In-Flight Manager’s office and returning 311 sq. ft. of lease space back to Dallas Love Field Airport. Originally housing an existing space, Holt utilized temporary walls and coverings to minimize noise and dust to employees adjacent to the space, in addition to noisy work being completed at night. The new space included offices, conference room, storage areas and a break room.
