Holt Construction partnered with the client as the construction manager in the conversion of a empty warehouse into a live data center.
The scope of work included providing power, cooling, and structural support. Additionally, new HVAC, fan walls, a chiller plant, and pump house was included. New roof top units, electrical equipment, switchgears, UPS, PDUs, transformers, batteries, and generators were installed via a phased approach.
