Holt Construction partnered with the client to complete the fit-out of offices spaces as construction manager, located at 1 Ramland Road in Orangeburg, NY.
The scope of work included an interior fit-out of an office space including ceiling, walls, millwork, MEP and flooring. The project consisted of selective demolition for MEPs and walls. As the surrounding areas were occupied Holt utilized dust and noise barriers to isolate the space. This allowed Holt to work throughout the day without any downtime. Multiple offices, two restrooms, pantry counter, conference rooms and storage rooms were built.
