Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to build-out their new lounge within an existing space.
The scope of work included demolition to the existing space, to include a new arrivals level support space, departures level lounge area and a sky mezzanine level lounge area. The project consisted of poured terrazzo, sheet flooring, tile, powder coated metal paneling, metallic decorative ceilings, and storefront cladding in flutted ceramic tile. The lounge contains a bar, stairs, elevator restrooms and eating area.
Major telecommunication infrastructure was required including general purpose data and voice, Wi-Fi, flight information display screens, security, an intercom system and new food systems devices.
