Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager for the new lounge within the Terminal A Mezzanine of Newark International Airport.
The new lounge consists of multiple seating areas overlooking the runway and includes a dining pavilion, lounge pavilion, business center, reception area, bar, flex room, phone room, restrooms, and vestibule. Back of the house amenities include, a restaurant grade kitchen, pantry, employee rest rooms, offices, and IT/mechanical closets. The lounge features imported glass, marble, and stone from Italy. All material and equipment were delivered through the mezzanine via elevator to mitigate any safety concerns.
