Holt Construction was brought on as the construction manager to complete some alteration work.
The scope of work includes interior alterations to accommodate equipment replacement in the Chilton Medical Center’s Cath Lab #1. The project required the installation of ICRA panels to mitigate dust. Demolition was required with the installation of new HVAC, sprinklers, framing electrical and plumbing. New millwork was installed in addition to owner supplied items.
