Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete the CT and Radiology suites inside the Medical Center, located at 97 West Parkway, Pompton Plains, NJ.
The scope of work includes a four phased project inside an occupied area. The phases include the demolition and fit-out of the nurses’ suite, new IT room, hot labs, procedure rooms and patient hold area.
