Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete the radiology department floor inside Hackettstown Medical Center.
The scope of work included the modification of door locations and installation of new doors and a control room wall. Additionally, the space required reinforcement of the existing roof structure and removal of an existing single-story column. Holt modified the air distribution duct and diffuser, installed new lighting and electric devices, and reinforced the floor structure at all equipment mounting locations. A new shielding envelope was installed in addition to room finishes and CT/Scan equipment.
