Holt provided a “white-box” finish at every tenant space allowing individual tenant contractors to begin their fit-out work as early as ninety days prior to the grand opening date. Nine new buildings provide clientele with premium retail shopping, parking, as well as community based amenities such as a dining hall, an outdoor lounge are with fireplace, children’s playground, and significant green space for events, located in Gloucester Township, NJ.
