Holt Construction provided construction management services for the relocation of pediatric specialties office and clinic areas from the medical center to their hospitals ambulatory care building.
The cost savings created by Holt allowed the client to utilize the extra funds towards other vital upgrades and essential operations. While the project contained design challenges unforeseen to Holt or the client, the Pediatrics Unit was still completed within budget. As the site was an active building, mitigating safety to essential staff and visitors was first priority and construction noise and pollution was kept to a minimum so not to disturb daily operations.
