Holt Construction was selected by the client to complete the new Club located at Newark Liberty International Airport.
Prior to the start of overall construction, the enabling work consisted of office construction/relocation and densification of Phase 2 area which remained open as a club during Phase 1 of construction. Due to daily airport operations, the construction activities, logisitcs and planning took into consideration mitigating traffic and safety concerns.
