Premier Lounge Mezzanine

Newark, NJ

Holt Construction collaborated with the client to renovate the existing club in multiple phases which coincided with the construction of the another high profile lounge.

With the club in the early phases of planning, the client required the club to be renovated with new amenities, furniture and electrical / lighting upgrades to coincide with the closure of there second club. The project was to be completed before the start of the lounge as this would be the only client owned club operational within the airport. As the area below was occupied by concessions and passengers, the projects was completed in six phases at night, to mitigate safety and to accelerate the project schedule. The scope of work included new wall coverings, furniture, floors and carpets. New outlets with USB charging stations were installed, including new furnishes which represented the client’s design language. The renovation took place within the club, the bottom floor entrance, stairs and elevators.
