Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete their new commercial ghost kitchen facility in the Fairview Texas Town Center.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new commercial “ghost” kitchen facility. This facility features thirty commercial kitchens with amenities such as modern technology ordering platforms, robot food delivery, indoor and outdoor seating, a full-service bar, and a grab and go store. Additionally, multiple deep freezers and food storage units, offices, restrooms, loading docks, trash room, lobby, IT room and white box for future expansion were included.

During demolition specific areas were converted including adding a new loading dock. Due to the space being inside an active retail and housing area, constant coordination was required with all deliveries including the use of barricades to mitigate any safety issues. Due to supply constraints, Holt ordered most material ahead of time so no delays in the construction process would occur.
