Holt Construction partnered with the client as the construction manager to complete this new restaurant and bar inside LaGuardia Airport Concourse B.
The facility features multiple seating and lounge areas for guests, including a back of the house kitchen and facilities for employees. The wrap around bar features a center island, coolers, and drink dispensers along with ADA compliance areas. The storefront features a brick style design reminiscent of a traditional New York City bar. The project was in proximity to the departures area and utilized barriers and signage to mitigate any safety concerns and to not disturb the passengers as they exit the airport.
