Partnering with the client, Holt Construction completed the new restaurant/concession space inside Terminal D as construction manager.
The scope of work the installation of custom millwork. The space included a sit-down restaurant area and kitchen. Due to the terminal being constructed as the space was being built out, Holt coordinated with the base building contractors in order to meet delivery requirements, shutdowns and laydown of material. The schedule required the space to be completed before the opening of the new terminal. In order to meet these requirements, Holt expedited required electrical panels as they were a long lead item.
