Restaurant Reconfiguration

Boston, MA

Holt Construction partnered with the client for this design-build program located within Boston Logan International Airport.

The scope of work included the demolition and renovation of a Burger King and rebranding it to the new restaurant. The demolition was completed with precision as the client wanted to reuse the existing hood and quarry tile. Due to the Customs office directly above the restaurant access was limited and required coordination for ceiling work. The space included a kitchen, cash wraps and pickup station.
