Restaurant 126 W 42nd Street

The restaurant is a sleek, swanky space upscale Northern Italian restaurant. Holt worked with Christopher Pagliaro Architects, RD Studio Inc. and Patti & Anthes Consulting Engineers to construct this three-floor dining space located in Bryant Park.

Holt coordinated the efforts of the trade partners and vendors hired by the restaurant to complete the extensive work. Major renovation and demolition work was required as the space was originally a restaurant. The restaurant includes a ground floor lobby with three elevators, multiple outside decks with full bar, and a second and third floor kitchen. Two private dining areas, including a one-of-a-kind wine room enclosure in addition to a whiskey themed private dining area was built within the space. The end result is a refined, elegant space, complete with high-end millwork and finishes including walnut wood, bar die-wall, venetian plaster walls and Calcutta gold bar counter tops throughout.
