Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete the new Boutique within Terminal D of DFW International Airport.
The scope of the work included completely transforming and remodeling a vacant space into the new store, that is in Terminal D across from Flying Saucer. The existing space was demolished, adding all new electrical and mechanical, new fire sprinklers and systems, new flooring, custom signage, and graphics, as well as new paint to brighten up the space.
