Retail Branch

Philadelphia, PA

The client selected Holt Construction as its general contractor for the relocation and fit-out of its City Avenue Branch.

This project included the coordination and layout of a new vault which required removal of the existing slab with reinforced slab to support the weight of the vault. Installation of a Nanawall System at the new ATM vestibule was also required, which was new to the client’s program. The rooftop received a new HVAC system with tie-ins to the landlord’s existing systems. The project encountered a complication when the installation of the glass storefront system by other (landlord) was delayed and would not be performed until the end of the project, impacting security, finishes in place, and corresponding work to follow. Holt resolved this issue by ensuring that the Landlord would provide adequate closure of the space and provide a sequence and schedule of work that would best serve the Client’s finishes.
