Holt Construction was selected to oversee the installation of carports and solar panels throughout the property.
The original space was a baseball field with an existing parking lot. The site was excavated before delivery of the units. Once on site, Holt utilized its sub-contractor base to install 104 piers and 5,074 panels which provides 2,537kWp of energy. Additionally, new underground conduits to tie into existing power lines were installed. During construction and installation, Holt collaborated with other trades and contractors on site as multiple buildings were being constructed around the solar carports.
