Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete this new space, which features a bar and restaurant inside JFK International Airport.
The scope of work included minor demolition to an existing space to make room for the kitchen, bar, restaurant and storefront. Due to the project’s proximity to multiple gates, Holt mitigated safety through temporary barricades and dust coverings. The project required new ductwork, plumbing and tie ins to the base building, tiles and extensive millwork. Holt coordinated with all the trades when installing the kitchen equipment and seating areas.
