Holt Construction partnered with Villa Vision One, LLC as construction manager to complete a new café within Terminal 8 of John F. Kennedy International Airport.
The scope of work includes the demolition of an existing space to build-out the new concession. New floors, wall and artwork was installed. The ceilings include wood timber finishes and LED strip lighting. Kitchen equipment will be installed after the installation of the floors and wall tiles.
