Holt Construction was selected as construction manager for the IPD delivery of 40,000 sq. ft. of space including offices and a passenger lounge on Level 4 of JFK’s Terminal 8.
The project was completed in 4-phases and included all new furniture systems, multiple conference rooms with a dividable training room with operable partition, and new IDF rooms were constructed.
