Holt Construction partnered with Villa Vision One, LLC, as construction manager to complete a new restaurant fit out within Terminal 8 of JFK International Airport.
The scope of work included the fit-out of a new Shake Shack in an existing space. The space required custom millwork, signage, flooring and MEPs. The space was being constructed simultaneously with a Starbucks. Due to the area being occupied in an active terminal, barriers and walls were put in place to mitigate any safety issues.
