Holt Construction partnered with the airport to complete a new out of the ground Terminal. The scope of included the demolition of an existing building, to make way for a new two-story terminal with basement that houses all the mechanical and elevator room. A new well was constructed for the sprinkler system in addition to a geothermal system that will heat the new terminal.
