Holt Construction as general contractor completed the VIP lounge within Woodbury Common.
The scope of work included the transformation of an unused welcome center into a luxurious first of its kind in New York, VIP lounge for retailers to showcase their products in addition to customers renting out the space for private fittings or events. The entire space required a gut demolition before construction could commence. Due to the spaces surrounding the lounge being occupied, Holt collaborated with tenants and completed noisy work before the opening hours of those retailers. All millwork was custom fabricated from the design’s team specifications and installed. The new space included offices, bathrooms, storage, electrical room, IT closet, kitchen, the lounge itself, a main lobby and dressing rooms.
