This stunning restaurant was built within the structure of the 100-year-old Yonkers Pier.
Not only was the interior structure critical but the historical aspect of the exterior was required to remain and be rehabilitated, which included a new roof to match the original, recreating the original steel fencing while installing a new elevator to meet current day needs. Enclosed by Floor to Ceiling Glass, this project was built with the intent to incorporate Local Products, such as the use of authentic Hudson River Rock on the Bar Wall Feature as well as the Sushi Bar. The Custom Bar encases the names of all those associated with the project’s success, the Sushi Bar features a wall of Glass Beads, and the Dining Room has Fabric Walls and tailored banquettes/seating. The Kitchen spans two floors and includes a dumbwaiter to maximize space and efficiency.
