You will receive an email shortly from “no_reply@tradetapp.com” with the subject line “Holt Construction has invited you to qualify”. This email is the second step of the prequalification process. You will be asked to provide the following documents:

EMR Letter
OSHA 300A Form
Safety Manual
Sample COI
Financial Statement
