This August, Holt Construction participated in Safe + Sound Week, a nationwide initiative that celebrates workplace safety and health programs while promoting new ways to keep America’s workers safe. Taking part in this effort reinforces our commitment to building a strong culture of safety across every project.
All Holt jobsites across every business unit participated, with employees and trade partners taking part in daily toolbox talks led by our safety team. Each day focused on a different aspect of safety, including accident and near miss reporting, fire safety using the PASS method, hazard awareness, conducting inspections, and acknowledging worker contributions.
By coming together across all projects, we strengthened our shared commitment to a culture of safety and the well-being of everyone on site.
