National Intern Day

Recently, on National Intern Day, we recognize the future of our industry and the talented interns who are gaining hands-on experience across Holt Construction.

From the jobsite, where they’re working alongside project engineers and superintendents, to our offices, where they’re learning estimating, preconstruction, and tools like Procore, our interns are experiencing every stage of the construction process. They’re shadowing project managers, observing field operations, and developing the knowledge and skills that will shape tomorrow’s builders.

At Holt, we believe the best way to strengthen our industry is by investing in the next generation. We’re proud to provide meaningful opportunities that build confidence, foster leadership, and prepare these future professionals for successful careers in construction.

Happy National Intern Day to all of our interns, we’re excited to be part of your journey.
