Holt Construction provided general contracting services for this six-story reinforced concrete dormitory.
The layout includes a modern suite environment that accommodates 268 full time students. Each room is large enough to be equipped with a twin bed, drawers, and an armoire set for each student living in the suite.
The teams focus on this project was efficiency in movement throughout the building while retaining a cozy comfortable setting ripe for creativity. Each floor includes expansive lounges with glass wall enclosures that allow each resident to be a part of what is happening. Included are computer centers, fitness center, meeting room and laundry facilities.
