Holt Construction Corp. was chosen to manage the enhancement and the expansion of a top outlet center.
Overall 170 million dollars will be invested into a new 2,241 space, 4-level parking garage that will increase parking availability by 20%. A new 80,000 square foot Food Court, 60,000 square feet of additional retail space and the center’s first overall haul which will include architectural upgrades to the facades, new hardscape for all walkways and pedestrian areas, realignment of the centers roadway system, new bus shelters, a new welcome center, a new maintenance building, new water detention basins to contain storm water, rehabilitation of all existing restrooms and the construction of new restrooms as well as fit-out refresh of multiple retail spaces.
