Penn Station Fit-Out

Holt Construction was hired as a general contractor to complete a spa in Penn Station, located in New York, NY.

Holt completed a retail fit-out for XpressSpa within the Penn Station concourse. The scope included installation of new HVAC systems, fire alarms, and high-quality finishes within an empty, single-room retail space. Prefabricated wood wall paneling was also used and added a clean, modern aesthetic. Despite the high traffic location, work was completed with minimal disruption by keeping doors closed throughout construction. The project stayed on time and under budget, with prompt action taken to overcome HVAC lead time delays by sourcing alternate units.
