Holt Construction was brought on to complete a retail fit-out, which included demolition of the existing space and installation of new concrete flooring and millwork, all while maintaining safe access to the surrounding occupied areas.
Holt Construction completed a 2,773 sq. ft. retail store fit-out from June to August 2022. The project included a basic demolition of the existing space, followed by the installation of new concrete flooring and millwork to deliver a refreshed retail environment. With surrounding areas occupied, the team implemented barricades to ensure safety and minimize disruption. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
