Holt Construction as construction manager at risk completed two new retail incubator spaces for the client, located within JFK International Airport.
The scope of work required demolishing a portion of the space to create the two new concepts. Due to the terminal being active during construction, Holt utilized secure barricades which were approved by the Port Authority of NY/NJ, while noisy work was contained to night hours only. The owner supplied custom millwork from DisplayIT, new electrical and lighting elements were installed. Both stores were completed simultaneously.
