Holt Construction, in collaboration with the client, completed the preconstruction and construction of the Retail Program located in Sachse, Texas.
The project included the ground-up construction of multiple retail spaces, landscaping, and decal lanes on the roadway. The site required clearing and grading the lot before construction could commence. Due to a waterway and housing surrounding the area, for every concrete pour completed, the site required cleaning after, and barriers were put in place to mitigate the safety of pedestrians. The façade of the building consists of brick, tile and plaster.
