Holt Construction, as general contractor, collaborated with The Hudson Group to complete the new Hudson store within Terminal 8 of JFK International Airport.
The project scope included a wet to dry retail buildout of the store including millwork, flooring, finishes and MEPs. The project required the plumbing to be capped as the space went from wet to dry buildout. Due to space being occupied in the surrounding areas, all noisy work was completed at night with barriers up throughout the life of the project.
