Holt Construction, as general contractor, collaborated with The Hudson Group on multiple new Hudson store concepts including this retail space within Terminal 8 of JFK international Airport.
The scope of work for this open concept required minimal demolition to the site for the fit out of new lighting, storage, shelving and coolers. A new storefront was constructed and due to the site being located within an active terminal and gate, barriers were utilized to mitigate any safety concerns during construction. New floors, ceiling structures, checkout counter, shelving units and signage was included.
