Holt Construction as general contractor collaborated with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to complete the new retail space located in Terminal 8 of JFK International Airport.
The scope of work required slight demolition to an existing gate and required barriers as the terminal was active and was near a gate and restroom to mitigate any safety concerns. The scope of work included new power and data cabling, cashdesk, signage, coolers, displays, lighting and storefront including a mural on the side of the retailer. A centerpiece green wall was included, in addition to various neon signs throughout.
